Willows County Mental Hospital

Willows County Mental Hospital is the hospital in which Dr. Satan (S. Quentin Quale) interned. Here he tried to perform surgeries on patients in order to create a super-human race from the people who were unstable there. However the experiments went wrong and the town decided to hang him. The hospital was nicknamed "Weeping Willows" due to the never ending cries of pain which could be heard on the premises.
